PAY & PERKS
Depending on experience and qualifications, you earn $22.00 - $25.00 / hour. Your full-time schedule includes nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
- 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
- Experience with preventative maintenance or team supervision
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Familiarity with pool maintenance and local health and safety regulations
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license OR willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Schedule flexibility including some weekends and on-call

Our Chief Maintenance Engineer is responsible for keeping our hotel a safe, clean, and fully functional place for guests and employees to enjoy. You're responsible for all aspects of our property maintenance, skillfully servicing areas like guest rooms, public spaces, the swimming pool, and back-of-house facilities. From basic repairs and preventative upkeep to emergency services, you ensure all maintenance needs are promptly and thoroughly met.
You set an example of excellence for your team, and you lead them in completing quality work. Managing scheduling, recordkeeping, and inventory, you ensure all activities align with our brand standards and operational goals. You also complete hands-on work yourself, taking care of the pool and resolving guest problems as they come up.
