WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel property management systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Professional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with some weekends and holidays
- Ability to consistently meet brand and operational standards
