Qualifications:
• Availability: Ability to work evenings and Saturdays is required.
• Experience: 2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Language Skills: Being bilingual is a plus.
• Social Media: A strong social media presence is a plus.
