Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Coordination: Use Aspire Software to schedule and manage technician assignments, ensuring timely job completion.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and complaints and provide consistent communication updates to property managers.
- Documentation & Proposals: Assist with job proposals, prepare necessary documents, and manage maintenance agreements.
- Process Management: Oversee ticket management, work order processing, and daily time approvals to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Information System Integrator and Controller to enhance processes, align with best practices, and uphold our company Core Values.
