Tri City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Kia is looking for a Parts Manager who is experienced and enthusiastic, to oversee our KIA, CDJR dealership in Eden NC. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities - Parts Manager:
- Oversee the Parts Department: create an annual operating budget, meet monthly forecasts, review sales, costs, and inventory monthly to ensure the budget is in order.
- Establish pricing to generate profits and maintain high CSI.
- Train, motivate and manage staff.
- Assist in issuing parts and accessories to technicians
- Assist in helping customers purchase parts and supplies for their vehicles
- Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete their work without delay
- Maintain a clean and organized department
Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Manager:
- Automotive Dealership Parts Experience Required!
- Dealertrack experience a plus!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and work ethic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
