TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate opening for a Manager Talent Acquisition in Peoria, IL
Overall Purpose
Responsible for forecasting staffing needs, developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, leading employment branding initiatives and identifying ways to improve the candidate experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for recruiting and screening candidates.

General Manager, TRIGO - Heavy Transportation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and lead both short and long-term talent strategies to help the organization meet its aggressive hiring goals.
- Conduct workforce planning activities that identify emerging employment trends and propose creative and effective ideas for finding the best talent.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Stay current on new and innovative recruiting strategies, employment trends and technology to ensure we obtain the best talent in a competitive market.
- Act as an advisor on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems, and tools.
- Conduct research and derive actionable insights from raw data and information.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Partner with the HR Team to ensure proper onboarding and training of new hires.
- Evaluate and implement employer branding strategies, systems, and processes.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and hiring goals, (i.e., vacancy rate, turnover rate, etc.) to ensure the recruiting processes are efficient, effective and best-in-class, and prepare reports and presentations reflective of this data.
- Establish, implement and manage policies, plans and procedures around recruitment, recruiting operations, reporting, analytics and sourcing that support the achievement of business goals.
- Assist and/or lead development of job descriptions, interview forms, candidate calibration processes, and other recruiting department needs.
