Responsibilities
- Support the monthly payroll for process across all European entities
- Support European-wide implementation of global HR initiatives
- Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation
- Manage onboarding and introduction process for new starters
- Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date
- Support HR Administration when needed (onboarding & offboarding process, reference letters, work permits etc.)
- Support absence tracking / time registration system
- Support monthly HR budget
- Manage Ad-hoc HR Projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
- Solid experience in payroll and internal staffing
- Experience with German and / or European labour regulations and social security
- Service oriented and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Languages :
Excellent English and German language skills spoken and written; Spanish or any other European language is a plus
