Senior Manager, Finance - Grants
The Senior Manager, Finance - Grants will oversee the financial operations of the department at Trinitas Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, expense monitoring and reporting of grant awards
- Maintain a contract reporting system for all grants
- Identify compliance issues early on and provide recommendations to Operations
- Provide weekly analysis and management recommendations to support SVP
- Maintain Internal and Quality Control programs
- Prepare monthly analysis of expenditures and report variances
- Support compliance with grant/contract requirements by implementing actions/interventions as necessary
- Review bi-weekly payroll reports for budget monitoring and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- ~5 years of experience in budget and financial analysis
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Grant Provider reporting systems
- Grant negotiation experience
