What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Trinity Lutheran Church?
The Administrative Assistant will provide hospitality in the front office and assist in the operations management of Trinity.
Essential Functions:
Provide a welcoming, safe, and hospitable environment in the front office.
Assist in managing church calendar and records
Manage petty cash and Good Samaritan Fund in cooperation with Senior Pastor
Sort and distribute mail; post outgoing mail in cooperation with the Communications Coordinator.
Coordinates with other support staff regarding bill pay, custodial supplies, office supplies and other needs associated with functions listed above.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in weekly staff meetings and yearly staff and council retreats.
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with Google Suite
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills
Physical Requirements
Able to answer phones
Able to move freely throughout the office and building
