What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parish Administrative Assistant position at Trinity Lutheran Church?
This is a 20 hour/week position for a Parish Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Effective communication skills
- Reliability & professionalism.
- Able to deal with confidential matters.
- Strong office technology skills (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet knowledge, use of email)
- Efficient office management skills.
- Work collaboratively with pastoral staff & congregants during the weekly day-to-day operations of the church. Prepare materials for Sunday services, religious holidays, and special events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
