Job Summary
We are seeking a fun, motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic team in managing various administrative tasks related to real estate transactions and other executive assistant activities. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Duties
- Assist in the management of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and team members to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.
- Manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized files and databases for easy access to information related to properties and transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Ability to market properties effectively through various channels, including social media and online listings.
- Team player with a desire for excellence and not easily flustered.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, and others
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required.
