This role is Hybrid - with 3 days a week onsite in the Wall, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire individuals, ranging from entry level to experienced
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of recruitment experience
- Ability to execute a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top sales talent
- Must have experience working in a high paced environment
- Experience attending recruitment events (career fairs, veteran events, transitioning events, Department of Labor events, networking events, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of MS Suite
- Experience in the Solar industry is a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to generate “outside the box” recruitment approaches, while maintaining the strong Trinity Solar brand
