Hotel Shuttle Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from the airport while ensuring a comfortable and secure travel experience. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the Shuttle Van.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at the airport.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior for passenger comfort.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Address any mechanical issues promptly and report them to management.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service throughout the journey.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and mileage logs.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in commercial driving or similar roles (motor coach, school bus driving, paratransit, or van driving) is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assist in maintaining vehicles effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including early mornings or late evenings.
• A commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures related to transportation services.
