Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial mechanics and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, and belts
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, switches, and control panels
- Perform welding tasks using stick welding techniques
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Inspect and diagnose issues using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters
- Fabricate parts as needed to repair machinery
- Maintain hydraulic systems and troubleshoot issues
- Understand and interpret electrical schematics
- Work on low voltage systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician
- Proficiency in using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters
- Ability to perform stick welding
- Knowledge of hydraulics systems
- Experience reading and interpreting schematics
- Ability to fabricate parts when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
