As a Power Platform Dataflow Developer on our solutions delivery team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the technical development for projects advancing the digital transformation of critical systems with true mission impact. Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as team member for all Power Platform development, including Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
- Transform and integrate data using Power Query and dataflows.
- Oversee Dataverse environment management, including data structure, security, integration, and compliance.
- Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas PowerApps to support and enhance program and organization operations.
- Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.
- Develop and extend external-facing Power Pages portals for clients.
- Employ a variety of data modeling techniques to create, update, and manage Power BI dashboards to deliver insightful, actionable analytics that drive organizational decision-making.
- Actively participate in technical communities, stay informed of best practices and technological advancements, and share knowledge with the team.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency (or ability to quicky develop proficiency) in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, M (Power Query)
- 5 years of relevant professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
- Proficiency in Power Apps: Model-driven apps, Canvas apps with Dataverse, Working with large datasets, Role-based security, Form design and trigger flows
- Proficiency in Power Automate: Integration with Power Apps and Dataverse, Multilevel Approvals, Data Manipulation, Expressions and Functions, Flow Design (actions, conditions, loops and triggers)
- Proficiency with Dataverse: Data Modeling, Creation, Lookup and Choice columns
- Knowledge in JIRA and/or DevOps
- Personnel filling this position must be US citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience supporting Federal agencies
- Experience with Power BI
