What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler - 1st Shift position at TrueSense Marketing?
The Bloomsburg location of TrueSense Marketing is currently seeking a Material Handler on 1st shift. The primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading materials to machines, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate fulfillment of orders. You will operate various material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain them in good working condition. Collaboration with other departments, shifts and work areas is essential. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

- Picking and supplying machines with required components to complete the order.
- Moving Products to various production areas to ensure continuous production flow.
- Keep track of stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
- Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintains accurate records of material movements and inventory levels.
- Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and high quality operations.
- Assesses and prioritizes tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure timely and efficient material handling. This includes coordinating with supervisors and production teams to address immediate needs and adjusting priorities as necessary to maintain workflow.

- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.
