Extrusion Technician

Position: Extrusion Technician

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Extrusion Technician (plastics, polymers, or injection molding)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, or Teams
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in film manufacturing
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, such as calipers and micrometers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the rebuilding and maintenance of equipment
• Oversee the production of optic and energy film
• Troubleshoot machinery and software issues
• Operate a pallet jack and tow motor as needed
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including first shift for training, day shift, and occasional night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $21.87 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
