Business Planning Cost Accountant - Japanese Bilingual Required

• Responsible for the preparation of the company business plan, management and other urgent company matters.
• Assist department managers for the planning of department business plan.
• Preparation of business plan review meetings and report to group management.
• Assist company management in communicating with associates with regards to company business plan.
• Assist with other urgent matters and translates Japanese to English and vice versa.
• Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
• Ensure safe operations.
• Have the ability to establish and execute a monthly plan.
• Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
• Administer performance reviews.
• Will attend Management Review/ISO meetings.
• Establish and control an annual budget.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Requires extensive knowledge of overall company terms, principles and processes.
