Main Objective: As an integral part of a team-based environment you will help manage the promotional product sales cycle for existing and new clients. The primary goal of the AC role is to help maximize team sales through supporting Account Managers with high level efficiencies and operational excellence.

Support the management of existing and new client accounts by:

·         Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors

·         Entering orders accurately and in a timely manner; and maintain a clear line of communication with Account Management team, other departments, clients, and vendors throughout order life cycle to ensure orders are delivered within deadline

·         Taking charge of customer problems, vendor errors, and shipping discrepancies by responding the same day with profitable solutions

·         Communicate and resolve order issues

·         Supporting management of shared mailbox by responding to clients and vendors, or escalating to Account Manager

·         Responsible for tracking orders daily and follow up in accordance with time-bound deadlines

·         Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies

·         Working collaboratively to support each other and our client base in a team environment

·         Providing best-in-class customer service

·         Accountable for client satisfaction and for providing outstanding service

·         Performing other duties as assigned by team or leadership

·         Outstanding written, oral presentation, and communication skills

·         Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy

·         Ability to multi-task and work quickly while under pressure

·         Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner and meet critical deadlines

·         Caring, ability and willingness to consistently go above-and-beyond to exceed client expectations

·         Tech savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·         Ability to learn and embrace new processes and practices

·         Self-motivated, friendly, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic

·         Team player who works well with others
