Commercial Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors).

• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts.

• Oversee quality control measures and ensure conformance to project specifications.

• Conduct regular project meetings and reports.

• Lead and mentor project staff, providing guidance and training.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects.

• Strong understanding of construction documents, materials, equipment, scheduling, and budgeting.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Viewpoint, Primavera P6, Procore).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptable, decisive, and results-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
