TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global financial services firm to hire a Technology Campus Recruiter. In this role you’ll be the face of the technical campus recruitment, managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top tech talent from top colleges and universities. You will play a key role in executing recruitment strategies, creating engaging intern programs, and ultimately helping to fill a pipeline of top-notch tech talent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies focused on tech roles.
- Identify and source candidates for technical roles, such as software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, interested tech candidates from targeted schools for internships and entry-level roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand tech hiring needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
- Partner with firm leadership to design engaging intern programs.
- Plan and execute virtual and on-campus recruiting events, including career fairs, tech talks, hackathons, and internship expos.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support diversity and inclusion initiatives in campus recruiting efforts.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess the success of campus recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Report on key performance indicators, including conversion rates, diversity statistics, and event effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-8 years of experience recruiting for internship and early career talent.
- Familiarity with technical roles and skills, particularly in software engineering and data science.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high volume pipelines.
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership to build campus pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with students.
- Experience planning and coordinating campus events, both in-person and virtual.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting decisions.
Position pays a base salary range of $125,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
