The Role
We are looking for a campus recruiter to support our Financial Services client specifically in Investment Banking. This role will require the individual to work onsite at the client in New York City 3 days per week and likely 5 days per week on-site in the summer months. Travel will be required in this role throughout the east coast and midwest.
The compensation range for this role is 70-90k
About the team : In Early Careers & Campus team we deal with a high volume of applications and hires. As an AMS Campus Recruiter -youwillwork directly with the client, suppliers, and the Client Services teams. You will act as one of the mainpointsof contact for all queries relating to the service provided and taking responsibility for the resolution of those queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
Key Accountabilities
Client Stakeholder Relationships
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers / Talent Acquisition Managers. This includes being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, advising them on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
- Inform attraction strategies, working with Sourcing and hiring managers to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands
- Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
