Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team in the exciting world of video game accessories. This role is perfect for someone passionate about gaming, consumer products, and brand development. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in working with the Brand Team (Senior Director, Brand Managers, Creative Services) in shaping the brand strategy, coordinating assets for new product launches, and driving innovative campaigns to capture the hearts of gamers worldwide.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy and Execution :

Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.
Monitor brand performance and analyze consumer insights to refine marketing efforts.

Product Marketing Management :

Coordinate go-to-market launch plans with Brand Managers, including packaging, product messaging & assets and launch campaigns.

Ensure the accuracy and quality of packaging, products documentation, sales assets and creative content and its distribution to various internal and external stakeholders.

Marketing Campaigns :

Develop, contribute to and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms to engage target audiences.

Partner with influencers, partners and retail teams to enhance brand visibility.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with creative teams, marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Build strong relationships with retail and e-commerce partners to enhance brand presence.

Education / Experience / Skills :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Experience : 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role (experience in gaming or consumer electronics is a plus).

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, writing, and brand building. Write, you will.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Organize, you must.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.

Personal Attributes :

Deep interest in video gaming and familiarity with gaming culture.

Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Disclaimer : The salary for this role is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
