Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee our hotel operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have had hotel brand experience and be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills. Candidate must show a proven track record of driving business NOI while exceeding guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives within the region
- Lead and mentor a team of Hotel General Managers to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor regional performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the region
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Hotel Regional Manager or similar senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and PMS software
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving goals

Pay: $67,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
