Location: Becker, MN
Wage: $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the material coordinator:
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools, including overhead cranes, forklifts, and magnets
- Read and interpret blueprints, material lists, and routers to ensure accurate material selection
- Pick and stage materials for production orders, ensuring timely delivery to the production floor
- Coordinate with production teams to anticipate material needs and prevent shortages
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming materials for quality and accuracy
- Safely move materials throughout the plant(s) to support production processes
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to optimize material flow and storage
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements
Requirements of the material coordinator:
- Experience in operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and other manufacturing tools
- Ability to read blueprints, material lists, and routers
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
