Location: Monticello, MN
Hours: 6 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday, Occasionally Friday 6 am – 12 pm
Wage: $60,000 /year – DOE

Duties of the shop manager:
- Provide leadership for successful day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all work areas run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Address employee questions and concerns regarding assembly, workload, schedules, etc.
- Engage in hands-on work, including catching products from a machine, loading trucks, and building cabinets.
Requirements of the shop manager:
- Cabinetry experience is a plus but not required.
- Management experience in manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
