Piano Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Piano Teacher to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piano instruction and a commitment to fostering a love for music in students of all ages. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, providing group instruction, and nurturing the musical talents of each student.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the varying skill levels of students.
• Educate students in piano techniques, music theory, and performance skills.
• Provide individualized tutoring sessions to enhance students' understanding and proficiency.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Organize recitals and performance opportunities for students to showcase their progress.
• Communicate regularly with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with teaching methods and trends in music education.

Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching piano or related musical instruments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of music theory and ability to educate on various musical styles.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent lesson planning skills that promote effective learning outcomes.
• Ability to create an engaging classroom atmosphere that inspires students.
• Background in early childhood education or theater can be beneficial but is not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of all ages.
