Position Summary
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the clinical oversight for all outpatient therapy services. The Director manages all activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, and marketing the program. This goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts, and develop new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business developmental systems.
Required Experience:
- Experience providing individual, family and group therapy
- Experience in providing adolescents and adults treatment
- Experience with medium to high acuity populations, preferably IOP and PHP settings
- Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic assessments (i.e., PHQ-9)
- Experience working with cross-cultural populations
- Experience in adjusting course of treatment as required
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for healthcare organizations
- Experience working with utilization management

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: 1 year of supervisory experience, 2 years of operational/director experience in a behavioral health setting, 2 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in counseling (LPC) or Master's degree in social work (LCSW) required.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: LPC or LCSW, licensure required.
