The Producer/studio manager will be an essential member of our political show team, responsible for our DC Studio space, uploading content across platforms, booking high-profile guests, and assisting editorial in crafting scripts that resonate with our audience.

- Book high-profile politicians, experts, and other significant figures in politics
- Edit scripts for episodes, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and alignment with our editorial standards
- Ensure the DC Studio space is working effectively
- Liaise with the host and production team to coordinate show logistics
- Be the on site liaison for remote production team and carry out basic production/filming tasks
- Monitor political events, trends, and developments to ensure our coverage is timely and relevant
- Maintain the shows branding across thumbnails and social media posts
- Clip, package and promote the show's content and clips on social media
- Proven track record of booking high-profile guests and developing compelling storylines
- Strong understanding of the political landscape, key players, and current issues
- Proven technical production knowledge
- Track record of producing compelling clips/marketing content for similar talk/political shows
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Deep knowledge of and alignment UnHerd values and mission
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, video mixers such as Blackmagic Atems, and video editing experience
