Description
We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant working in our Wealth Management area.
Essential job duties include:
- Daily settlement processing, monthly account reconciliation and tickler management for various distributions and tasks.
- Being a contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing great client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Working with wealth advisors to prepare and process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance.
- Fielding client requests and completing tasks, following through to make sure client's needs are met while following compliance requirements.
Prior banking experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. This candidate should be technologically adept, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.

Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent secretarial, clerical skills and customer service skills.
- Mathematical aptitude.
- Knowledge of banking services and preferably trust products.
- Responsible for keeping up to date with applicable banking regulations and Bank procedures.
- Software Utilized: Microsoft Office and AddVantage.
Salary : $18 - $23
