7. Ability to make a qualifying score (50%) on Ramsay test.

Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining and installing machinery, building facilities, electrical equipment and components etc.
Primary responsibilities: Safety, Quality, Productivity, General.
SAFETY
1. Observe and follow Unipres rules and regulations.
2. Provide input on current safety issues to the leader.
3. Learn and practice proper usage of tools and equipment, using them only for the job intended and keep them clean and orderly.
4. Maintain proficiency of safety training received during classroom and shop floor training in lockout/tagout, safety devise training, etc.
5. Maintain a satisfactory work area through implementing 5S.
QUALITY
1. Observe product quality while performing tasks on the shop floor helping to diagnose quality issues and establish countermeasures.
PRODUCTIVITY
1. Answer calls in a timely manner.
2. Troubleshoot and repair problems as quickly and accurately as possible observing all safety precautions and practicing preventive maintenance techniques keeping down time to a minimum and preventing recurring problems.
3. Keep detailed and accurate records of all calls and be prepared to answer additional calls.
GENERAL
1. Install, debug, troubleshoot and repair machinery, building facilities, electrical equipment and electrical components. Perform installation and repair of electrical power services, lighting, controls, instrumentation, switch gears, motors, protective devices, programmable controllers, robots and press machines.
2. Perform periodic preventive maintenance on all plant equipment including power distribution systems, HVAC systems, air compressors, chillers, air dryers, presses, robots and welding equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic controls hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
4. Perform other general maintenance duties such as arc welding, mig welding, plumbing and other associated tasks.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by Leader/Supervisor or Department Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.92 - $36.37 per hour
