Permit Coordinator - Essential Functions :
- Maintains customer permit records for installation of HVAC systems
- Answers inbound calls and schedules permit inspections
- Supports the installation department and performs data entry tasks
- Coordinates equipment inspections with the county and inspectors
- Conducts clerical and departmental duties as needed
Permit Coordinator Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in standard business software and office equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities

Permit Coordinator Hours :
Monday - Friday : 7 : 30 am - 4 pm
Permit Coordinator Compensation :
$16-$17 / hour (with a potential increase after a 90-day review)
