Pay ranges from $40,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities of our next Permit Coordinator:
- Research needed permits for compliance for each project
- Ensure each project has meets regulatory requirements
- Expedite permits from country websites
- Scheduling inspections
- Prepare, submit, and monitor various filed permits
- Follow up on projects as needed
- Assisting customer inquiries
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
- Maintain communication with relevant departments and your manager
Requirements for our next Permit Coordinator:
- At least 2 year of compliance experience or experience in a related field
- Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
- Ability to show empathy and be a people person
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needed for problem resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
