SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Lead and manage engineering, capital or continuous improvement projects as assigned.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of progressive experience working in product development or capital projects.
- Prior project management experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
