Summary/Objective
Your primary responsibility will be to lead your team in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clientele. This entails fostering an environment where flexibility, teamwork, and efficient transferal of assignments thrive. The ability to remain composed and confident in high-pressure situations will be crucial in achieving our goal of providing the best possible customer experience.
Essential Functions:
- Attaches vendor acknowledgements to orders daily.
- Scans vendor packing slips and attach to Purchase Orders daily.
- Backup receptionist – Greets guests, answers telephone calls, and operates a multi-line switchboard.
- Coordinate schedules for several other receptionists.
- Handles supervisory duties including timecards and performance reviews.
- Delegates and assigns administrative responsibilities to personnel as needed.
- Provides support for all internal departments, combining individual efforts to better service the customer.
- Resolves personnel conflicts. Provide oversight and direction to the administrative staff and coordinate all the various administrative tasks
- Provide guidance and support to administration staff to perform their duties effectively
- Supervise the monthly staff scheduling and payroll processing activities
- Conduct annual ‘Discussion of Contribution’ meetings with all administrative staff
- Manage supply needs for all departments
- Process house service and supply expense invoices
- Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements
- Performs other duties as obvious or assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8-5pm
- High School Diploma required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Leadership capabilities
