Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to individuals with memory care needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following all HIPAA guidelines to protect their privacy.
- Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation to enhance their quality of life.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client conditions to the appropriate staff members.
- Uphold client rights by treating each individual with respect and dignity at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in first aid techniques and emergency response procedures.
- Experience in memory care or working with individuals who have cognitive impairments is preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of resident information.
- Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals.
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
