Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Pay:
- $20.00-$22.00/hour DOE
