Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Python Developer with strong SQL expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize applications and databases, leveraging Python and SQL to solve complex problems. This role requires a combination of programming skills and database management expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Code: Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure Python applications.
• Database Management: Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Data Integration: Develop ETL pipelines to process and transform data between systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and product managers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for codebases and database designs.
• Performance Tuning: Ensure databases and queries perform efficiently, even at scale.

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Proficiency in Python (experience with frameworks like Flask or Django is a plus).
• Strong expertise in SQL, including query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Solid understanding of relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
• Experience in writing and maintaining ETL processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
