Under general supervision, performs a variety of janitorial and custodial duties which are related to the general appearance and cleanliness of the interior of Exchange facilities, using industrial type powered equipment and ladders/scaffolds. Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
Provides complex administrative and clerical support to services operations to drive customer experience by improving efficiencies resulting in a tailored customer experience
Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty
