POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to VP Philanthropy, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue by developing a pipeline for current and deferred gifts through outreach, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors.

Fundraising :
- Develop and cultivate mid-level and major donors through the strategy for UWGKC’s engagement portfolios.
- Working closely with volunteer leadership, execute on UWGKC Women United strategies and activities to grow giving and engagement of individuals.
- Identify, cultivate and solicit gifts for UWGKC.
- Provide exceptional donor stewardship.
- Conduct in-depth prospect research and data analyses of potential, new, and existing individual giving donors.
