Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be technology savvy and capable of bringing the vision of our Director and school to life for the general public. This role involves managing our social media platforms, sharing information about the school, recruiting new families, and representing the school at community events.

Qualifications :

• Must be 21 years or older
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and recruitment
• Strong technology skills and proficiency with social media platforms
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about education and working with families

Responsibilities :

• Manage and update social media platforms to share information about the school
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new families
• Create engaging content that aligns with the school’s vision and mission
• Attend community events to promote the school and recruit new families
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and families
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the school’s Director to ensure the marketing efforts reflect the school’s goals and vision
