Summary of Job Duties:
The Associate Registrar will be responsible for multiple core functions of the Registrar's Office including registration, close of term, periodic enrollment reports to the National Student Clearinghouse, maintaining records in the student information system, production and distribution of diplomas, assisting students and advisors with understanding degree requirements, assisting with commencement ceremonies, assisting with reporting to ADHE, and assisting the Registrar with other duties as needed. This position reports directly to the Registrar.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a baccalaureate degree is required; a minimum of five years of experience in a higher education setting (preferably in student records); knowledge of FERPA; strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment; a positive attitude, a commitment to the academic and social values appropriate to the University’s mission of teaching, research, and public engagement. Leadership experience in a college or university environment, and experience working with student information systems. Peoplesoft and/or Workday experience is strongly preferred. The ability to collaborate effectively with University departments across all three campuses and administrators, and a proven record in working successfully with diverse populations is desired.
