Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. This is a remote position.

The Compensation Consultant will act as a strategic partner to assigned customer groups, providing expert guidance on compensation practices, job classifications, and organizational structures. This role involves collaborating with leadership to ensure compensation practices align with external market data, regulatory compliance, and internal objectives. You will help shape the future of our workforce by developing data-driven recommendations, facilitating process improvements, and delivering excellent customer service.
