Position Summary
The primary duties for this position involve those associated with a post-award office for grant funded projects. This includes processing and monitoring compliance for numerous budgets, subcontracts, internal UNO awards, and cost share. This position also entails a variety of reporting responsibilities to ensure strategic goals are met. This includes annual reporting, collection and aggregation of grant progress and final reports, and student/project oversight. In addition, the incumbent will facilitate communication between UNO and all project partners to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Project Manager will also assist on all other tasks as needed. The Principal Investigators rely on the incumbent to possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently on a variety of projects simultaneously. Finally, the incumbent must have a strong knowledge of SCCJ’s higher education programs and opportunities, as well as grant processes and policies.

Candidate will be working under the guidance of the Co-PIs to assist with tracking/expenditure reports, tracking subaward payments, and coordinating/tracking transfers/PAF processing. Candidate will work independently on these tasks, with all budgetary tracking reviewed/supervised by the Co-PIs.
