Job Description :

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving the early stages of the sales process. Your primary objective is to proactively identify and engage potential customers, qualify them as marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and drive sales opportunities through outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to jumpstart their sales career.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Prospect Identification : Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers within target markets.
  • Outbound Outreach : Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media to generate new sales opportunities utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Lead qualification : Contacting potential clients via phone calls or emails to understand their needs and decision-making ability to determine if they are a qualified lead.
  • Appointment setting : Scheduling site visits or consultations with the sales team for qualified leads.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and manage leads within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Metrics Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including the number of qualified meetings scheduled, calls made, and emails sent.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (internship or full-time) preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and career growth in sales
  • Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
