Job Description

As a renowned electrical services provider in Mississippi, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager (Sales and Operations) to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing our electrical service department, actively engaging in sales, ensuring operational excellence, and must have completed an accredited apprenticeship program, in addition to possessing a valid driver's license.

Location(s): Tallahassee, Ft Myers, or Pensacola, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians with a collaborative team approach, exemplifying successful project management and customer relations.
• Perform hands-on electrical work and oversee the team's projects, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Actively engage in selling electrical services to clients and potential customers, demonstrating a proven record of successful sales initiatives.
• Schedule and assign project tasks, ensuring adherence to requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources for successful completion, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and uphold company standards on every project, prioritizing safety and excellence.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop strategies to enhance department efficiency, optimize project performance, and foster team growth and development.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the electrical industry, with a demonstrated capacity for leadership and problem-solving in diverse projects.
• Completed an accredited apprenticeship program in electrical services, showcasing technical proficiency, innovative problem-solving, and adherence to industry standards.
• Proven track record in sales and project management (ranging $1 - $250,000), with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and project success.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance and quality in all aspects of project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, highlighting a successful history of team collaboration and client relationship management.
• Ability to perform electrical work, manage operations effectively, and drive sales initiatives with a customer-oriented approach.
• Valid electrical certification in Mississippi (Journeyman license is a plus), demonstrating professional expertise and dedication to industry standards.
• Demonstrated success in selling and pricing services to clients, with a focus on value proposition and client needs assessment.
• Valid driver's license for transportation needs, essential for project site visits and client interactions.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment, balancing priorities and delivering results efficiently.
