Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in ground up, commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, with a focus on tenant improvements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management, specifically in commercial construction and tenant improvements.
- Extensive knowledge of California State building codes and construction laws.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid) and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience managing tenant improvement projects in commercial settings.

Salary : $115,000 - $155,000
