Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester to strengthen our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ETL testing, with proven hands-on experience in Alteryx for data analytics and processing, as well as in TOSCA for automation testing. Role will focus on validating data flows, transformations, and integrations to ensure the quality and accuracy of data stored in our data warehouse systems.
• Design and implement detailed ETL testing plans and test scenarios that ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data.
• Employ Alteryx for the creation of test data models, conducting in-depth analytics, and verifying data transformations and workflows. And Showcase significant hands-on experience with Alteryx, particularly in data preparation and analytics.
• Leverage expertise in TOSCA automation tools to enhance the efficiency of the testing process, minimizing the need for manual testing and boosting overall efficiency. And Demonstrate proficiency in employing TOSCA for automated testing solutions.
• Collaborate extensively with the development and data engineering teams to gain a thorough understanding of ETL specifications and verify that ETL processes are in alignment with business objectives.
• Meticulously identify, document, and monitor any discrepancies or defects detected during testing phases, partnering with developers to facilitate swift resolutions.
• Engage in design and review sessions, providing valuable feedback on data models, data flows, and identifying potential risks from a quality assurance standpoint.
• Actively pursue advancements in testing strategies, tools, and methodologies to elevate the standard of data quality and testing procedural efficiency.
• Comprehension of SQL and hands-on experience with relational database systems.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, architectural frameworks, and operational processes.
• Exhibit outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience doing Data Analytics & modeling using Alteryx
3 years of experience with ETL
