What are the responsibilities and job description for the MHK CareProminence Quality Analyst. position at Upward Talent?
Technical & Domain Expertise:
• Direct MHK Experience – has previously worked with MHK’s care management, utilization management, gaps in care etc (all of the 7 modules)
• Test Scenario Development – Can create end-to-end test cases tailored to MHK’s workflows and compliance requirements.
• Automation & Manual Testing – Experience with both automated and manual testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Healthcare & Regulatory Knowledge – Familiar with CMS compliance, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and DSNP requirements.
• Data Validation & Reporting – Ability to validate data integrity across MHK modules and generate defect reports.
