Urban Pathways is a data-driven and innovative leader that ensures that homeless and at-risk New Yorkers have the housing, services and support they need to be self-sufficient. We currently offer the following services: outreach programs, a drop-in center, safe havens (temporary housing), supportive housing residences and apartment buildings and the scatter-site housing program.
